A BIT ABOUT ME
Cesar Nicoletti
My name is Cesar Nicoletti. I’m from Brazil and I have lived in New Zealand since 2006.
From a young age, I have always been involved in sports. I started swimming when I was 5 years old. At 11 I moved to Capoeira, a traditional form of martial arts mixed with dance. With 13, I started indoor soccer. My team won the Nationals 4 times in the row.
When I turned 18, I served in the Brazilian army. Unfortunately, I broke my femur after a casual soccer game and I was discharged from the army and soccer team. This was a really tough period in my life.
After a few years, I decided to start my journey overseas. After trying different countries, I realised New Zealand was the best place to come and I’ve never regretted my decision. Arriving in New Zealand, I discovered bodybuilding.
Today, I’m a natural bodybuilder and a personal trainer. I’ve been training for almost 9 years and I have done 5 competitions so far in New Zealand. Also, I won the title of Mr. New Zealand Fitness 2014 through New Zealand Fitness Magazine.
As a teenager I weighed 92kg. I am now 78-80kg, with 10 to 12 percent body fat and 67kg of lean muscle mass. I have completely transformed my outlook and now I’m 100 percent dedicated to a healthy and active lifestyle.
As a personal trainer and a natural bodybuilder, I like to work one-on-one with people to develop personalised health and fitness plans. I possess a successful track record of evaluating a person’s physical fitness, understanding their needs and then developing a practical and achievable workout routine for them to reach their goals.
My wife, Aimee, assists me with day-to-day running of the business.
